Refund Policy

Refund Conditions: We offer refunds for products that have manufacturing defects or do not match the description on the website. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please email eai.gaha@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The amount will be credited to the original form of payment.

Exceptions: We do not offer refunds for personalized products or products showing signs of misuse. Products on sale may also be subject to specific refund policies.
